Article 62/63 And Our Politicians

Article 62/63 and Our politicians!
"According to Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution, a person may be qualified or elected as a Member of Parliament provided he has adequate knowledge of Islam and is essentially 'Sadiq and Ameen' (Honest and Righteous). In literal terms, Sadiq is a qualitative metaphor used for one who has never spoken a lie"
It is pertinent to mention that a member of parliament must be an honest person and a man of character as well. According to the constitution of Pakistan a parliamentarian should not be characterless and nefarious. But the situation is too alarming and pathetic here. The politicians are spending luxurious lives without any boundary. The scandals and impertinent acts of politicians is the part of daily routine. This trend is increasing day by day. Nobody is spared in this filthy game. Even the ex. Prime minister of Pakistan has nasty scandals. The situation is too devilish. The rulers of Islamic republic of Pakistan has been engrossed in gross activities. Is it mere a propaganda or reality? The fact is "Some Solid foreign hands" are trying to spread liberalism and secularism in Pakistan. They want to make young generation anti Islamic and lead them towards secularism. That’s why they impose obscene and irreligious rulers on us. First they make a person the ideal and hero of the youth and then through his villainous persona they lead the youth towards depravity. Here the question raises on the implementation of Article 62/63. This article should be applied immediately to restore the supremacy of constitution and in order to make Pakistan “An Islamic state” in true senses.
In this critical situation the responsibilities of religious scholars have been increased. They have to guide the nation righteously and on the other hand these circumstances are also an eye opener for the nation as well.
May Allah Pak help us to make Pakistan an ideal Islamic state. Ameen
